What have you stole from me lately?

The nation's unemployment rate raced to 8.1% in February. Employers cut 651,000 jobs. Since the recession started in December 2007 the economy has lost 4.4 million jobs. Over half of those lost jobs occurred in the past four months. Since president Obama's swearing in on Jan 20, the DOW has lost $2.5 TRILLION in market value and fallen almost 20.5%. U.S. bankruptcy filings surged 31 percent in 2008. More than 600,000 Americans filed claims for jobless benefits for a fifth straight week, the worst performance since 1982. U.S. factory orders are falling for a sixth straight month in January, official data showed. One in every eight U.S. households with mortgages ended 2008 behind on payments or in foreclosure, reported the Mortgage Bankers Association.

But that is okay. I am sure spending TRILLIONS more on earmarks, oops sorry, job creating, worthwhile projects, will get us all that money back. I am sure that very soon all of the retirement funds I have lost will return with interest. The interest I was promised when they bailed out the big three and AIG.

I will admit Obama was handed a recession, but if you listen to him for the previous 1.5 years he was campaigning to become the President, he acted and talked like that didn't matter. he talked like as soon as he was sworn in it was all going to be fixed. Of course now we know what he means by fixed. If you mean driving our national deficit deeper and deeper, lying about earmarks and pork projects (I seem to recall a line from a past president, It depends on what your definition of is is) and being transparent. If by transparent you mean closed door meetings with no republican representation then he is being transparent.

So far this president has been an abysmal failure and utter disgrace. He appoints tax cheats, refuses to prove he is a citizen, loads of his first few bill signings with enough pork to choke every BBQ eater on the planet, makes plans for our future that are killing our economy and wants to raise taxes on those making over $250,000. Last I checked, I never got a job from a poor person!!

How much longer can we afford to let this President wanna-be, cause I am not convinced he is a citizen, steal our money and tax us to death?
